3ULLCRAFT Prison
Garden competition
Every week the prison runs a garden competition. Claim a plot, grow crops, catch the weather and harvest for points. The best gardeners win Enchanter Keys when the round ends.
Getting a plot
- Walk to the garden. There are 15 plots.
- Right-click the sign on a free plot, or type
/garden claimwhile standing in it. One plot per player each round. - Talk to the Garden Seeds stand for free basic seeds and a Replanting Hoe.
- Plant on the farmland in your plot. The plots are always watered, so you don't need water.
Changed your mind? /garden leave gives your plot back. The Head Gardener (or /garden) shows your plot, your points and the round.
Garden seeds and tools only work in the garden. Anything from the Garden Seeds stand disappears if you carry it out, so it can't be sold or used in the prison. When you leave, they go into your ender chest (if there's room), and you can take them out again at the ender chests by the plot signs.
Harvesting and points
- Only the Replanting Hoe can harvest. Break a ripe crop with it to score. Unripe crops won't break.
- Wheat, carrots, potatoes and beetroot replant themselves after harvest.
- To clear a crop and plant something else, sneak and break it with the hoe. That gives no points.
- The soil gets tired after several harvests and slowly recovers. Tired soil grows more slowly.
- The garden tree drops something every few minutes while players are around. Pick it up quickly:
- an apple: +5 points (most drops)
- a golden apple: +25 points (about 1 in 12)
- an enchanted golden apple: +100 points, and the whole garden hears about it (1 in 100)
- a rare seed (3 in 100)
Points per crop
| Crop | Points |
|---|---|
| Field Wheat | 1 |
| Sunroot | 1 |
| Garden Tater | 1 |
| Ruby Beet | 2 |
| Sweetdew Melon | 12 |
| Moon Pumpkin | 16 |
| Giant Prism Cane | 200 |
| Emberbloom | 40 |
| Royal Pitcher | 60 |
Garden weather and mutations
Every 4–7 minutes the garden gets its own weather for 3 minutes: drizzle, light rain, rain or a (harmless) thunderstorm. A bar at the top of your screen shows what's falling.
While it falls, growing crops can mutate. A mutated crop has a coloured swirl around it, and its harvest is worth the crop's points times the mutation. Mutations stack, so a crop that caught two kinds of weather multiplies twice.
| Weather | Mutation | Worth | Mutation chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| Drizzle | Damp | ×1.25 | 25% |
| Light Rain | Fresh | ×1.5 | 20% |
| Rain | Wet | ×2 | 15% |
| Cold Snap | Chilled | ×3 | 12% |
| Thunderstorm | Shocked | ×5 | 8% |
| Golden Hour | Gold | ×20 | 2% |
| Rainbow | Rainbow | ×50 | 1% |
The garden's own showers are the rain-type weather. Cold Snap, Golden Hour and Rainbow come from the City, and when one of those is on, it counts in the garden too.
Rare seeds
Rare seeds and pets are paid with the same points that count for the round, so buying one lowers your score until it pays you back.
The Garden Seeds stand also sells rare seeds, paid with your garden points. Its rare stock changes every 10 minutes, and each seed only turns up some of the time.
| Seed | Rarity | Price | In stock |
|---|---|---|---|
| Moon Pumpkin Seeds | Uncommon | 5 pts | 70% |
| Sweetdew Seeds | Uncommon | 4 pts | 70% |
| Emberbloom Seed | Rare | 30 pts | 25% |
| Royal Pitcher Pod | Epic | 50 pts | 12% |
| Giant Prism Cane | Legendary | 500 pts | 5% |
Giant Prism Cane
A legendary seed (500 points). It grows one block a minute until it is six blocks tall, then scores 200 points (times its mutations) with the hoe. The whole cane is used up, so you need a new seed each time.
Giant fruit
The rarest seeds grow a giant fruit that floats over the plant, turns and glows. The rarer the fruit, the bigger it gets. Weather mutations make it grow even bigger, and a fruit that catches gold or rainbow weather becomes enormous. It's worth its points times its mutations.
| Fruit | Rarity | Growth | Ripe size | Points | Price | In stock |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| ✦ Frostbite Berry | Epic | 6 steps × 1.5 min | 1.4× | 120 | 250 pts | 6% |
| ✦ Ember Dragon Fruit | Legendary | 7 steps × 2 min | 2.2× | 250 | 500 pts | 4% |
| ✦ Celestial Starfruit | Mythical | 8 steps × 2 min | 3× | 500 | 1,000 pts | 3% |
| ✦ Crystalheart Fruit | Mythical | 10 steps × 2 min | 3× | 700 | 1,500 pts | 2% |
- Right-click the seed onto empty farmland in your plot.
- It grows a step at a time. Harvest it with the Replanting Hoe once it's fully grown. The seed is used up.
- Everyone in the garden hears about it when you harvest one.
- The Sniffer pet never finds these. You have to buy them.
On Bedrock you see the plant grow (berry bush, petals, amethyst or sea pickles) instead of the floating fruit.
Your Replanting Hoe
Your hoe is yours for good: its tier and enchants are kept from round to round, and the Garden Seeds stand always hands you your own.
Tiers
Upgrade it at the Garden Seeds stand with garden points (or win an upgrade from the Garden Crate): Wooden → Stone (1,000) → Iron (2,000) → Gold (4,000) → Diamond (8,000) → Netherite (16,000). Each tier makes the pumpkins and melons in your plot grow faster, and brings Harvest Rush back sooner.
Harvest Rush
Sneak and right-click with the hoe: for 5 seconds every ripe crop you harvest also harvests the ripe crops around it, and the pumpkin and melon stems near you grow a stage. Then it needs a rest: 2 minutes with a wooden hoe, down to 45 seconds with netherite.
Garden books
Drag a garden book onto your hoe to enchant it. A book of the level you already have takes it up one more.
| Enchant | Levels | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Green Thumb | I–III | Crops within 3 blocks of you grow faster. |
| Bountiful | I–III | 5 / 10 / 15% chance a harvest scores double (a little more at higher tiers). |
| Storm Caller | I–III | Your crops catch weather mutations 15 / 30 / 45% more often. |
| Overcharge | I–III | Harvest Rush lasts 2 / 4 / 6 seconds longer. |
The Garden Crate
Right-click the Garden Crate with a Garden Key for a prize; left-click it to see what's inside. Without a key it pushes you back.
| Prize | Chance |
|---|---|
| A garden book (level I) | 40% |
| A rare seed | 20% |
| A garden book (level II) | 12% |
| A hoe upgrade | 10% |
| 50 garden points | 10% |
| 150 garden points | 5% |
| A garden book (level III) | 3% |
Garden Keys come from voting (one per vote), the garden tree (rarely), or the Garden Seeds stand for 2,000 points.
Garden pets
Pets are unlocked for good with garden points, from /garden pets or the egg at the Garden Seeds stand. Every pet you own appears at your plot and helps it.
| Pet | Cost | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Pollinator Bee | 100 pts | Helps one of your crops grow every minute. |
| Rain Frog | 250 pts | +50% chance of mutations from the garden's showers on your plot. |
| Rare-Seed Sniffer | 500 pts | Finds you a rare seed every 4 minutes. |
| Harvest Allay | 750 pts | Picks one of your ripe crops every 3 minutes and scores it for you (not giant fruit or the Prism Cane). |
The weekly round
Each round ends on Sunday at 20:00 UTC. Then the top gardeners win, and all plots and points start again for the next round.
| Place | Prize |
|---|---|
| #1 | 5 Enchanter Keys |
| #2 | 3 Enchanter Keys |
| #3 | 1 Enchanter Keys |
If you're offline when the round ends, your prize waits for you and arrives when you next join. /garden top shows the standings, and so does the big scoreboard in the garden.
